深圳科技館（新館）被列為深圳市重點(diǎn)規(guī)劃建設(shè)“新十大文化設(shè)施”之一，將建設(shè)成為具有全球影響力，體現(xiàn)深圳特色、灣區(qū)平臺、中國范例、世界一流的創(chuàng)新型、體驗(yàn)式、現(xiàn)代化的科學(xué)探索中心和公眾創(chuàng)新中心。深圳科技館（新館）總建筑面積125000㎡，其中展示設(shè)計(jì)區(qū)域包括3個(gè)常設(shè)主題空間（展示面積約為32000㎡）、教育活動(dòng)空間(面積約5400㎡)，以及室內(nèi)公共空間（其中中央大廳面積約為4000㎡）。展教工程投資約10億元（暫定）,全部由政府投資建設(shè)。
Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum is listed as one of the “Top Ten New Cultural Facilities” in Shenzhen's key planning, it will be built as a platform of Greater Bay Area and Chinese model with global influence and Shenzhen characteristics, a world-class modernized innovative experiential scientific exploration center and public innovation center. The total floor area of Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum (New) is 125,000㎡, among which, the exhibition area consists of three permanent theme space ( about 32,000 ㎡)，educational activities space (about 5400 ㎡) and indoor public space (including a 4000 ㎡central hall). The investment for the exhibition project is about CNY 1.0 billion(tentative amount), all is invested by the government funds.
深圳科技館（新館）將于近期開展展示設(shè)計(jì)國際招標(biāo)工作，為了更好地開展本次設(shè)計(jì)招標(biāo)，先期聽取各方意見和建議，深圳市科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)擬于2020年4月（具體日期另定）召開展示設(shè)計(jì)招標(biāo)方式網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻研討會(huì)議（騰訊會(huì)議, 應(yīng)用下載地址：https://cloud.tencent.com/product/tm），現(xiàn)誠邀展示設(shè)計(jì)單位參會(huì)，為深圳科技館（新館）展示內(nèi)容建設(shè)項(xiàng)目出謀劃策，會(huì)議有關(guān)事項(xiàng)如下：
The international bidding for exhibition design of Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum (New) will be launched in the near future. To better carry out the bidding and take?opinions?and?suggestions in advance, it is scheduled to hold a video conference (via Tencent meeting, application download link: https://cloud.tencent.com/product/tm) on exhibition design bidding procedure by Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology on April 2020 (specific date to be fixed later). All the exhibition design companies are sincerely invited to participate in this conference to give advice and suggestions on exhibition content of Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum (New). The relevant matters of the conference are listed as follows:

三、報(bào)名方式及資料發(fā)送
Registration process and information delivery

（2）獲取資料：組織方將在收到報(bào)名表后向報(bào)名參會(huì)單位郵箱發(fā)送深圳科技館（新館）展示設(shè)計(jì)招標(biāo)方式簡介等資料；
Information acquisition: After receiving the application form, the conference documents including a brief introduction of bidding procedure of exhibition design of Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum (New) will be sent to the E-mail of the registered company;
?。?）提交建議和簡介：報(bào)名單位在收到項(xiàng)目資料后，應(yīng)于7個(gè)日歷天內(nèi)響應(yīng)本公告的要求，提交單位簡介（包括單位實(shí)力、資質(zhì)、業(yè)績、設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)勢等）、對深圳科技館（新館）展示設(shè)計(jì)招標(biāo)方式的意見和建議等至郵箱（szstmdesign@163.com）。
Submission of suggestions and company’s profile: The applicant shall respond to the requirements of this announcement within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the conference documents and submit files contain company’s profile (including company capability, qualifications, successful cases of?similar design work, design advantages, etc.) and comments and suggestions on the bidding procedure of exhibition design of Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum (New), etc. to the E-mail at (szstmdesign@163.com).
（四）資料保密：本次會(huì)議將在深圳市科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)機(jī)關(guān)紀(jì)委和法律顧問的監(jiān)督下舉辦，報(bào)名單位所提交的資料組織方將嚴(yán)格保密，確保后續(xù)的招標(biāo)工作公開、公平、公正。
Confidentiality: This conference will be held under the supervision of the Discipline Inspection Commission and legal adviser of Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology. The files submitted by the applicants will be kept strictly confidential to ensure that the subsequent bidding work is open, fair and just.
四、報(bào)名截止日期及會(huì)議時(shí)間
Registration Deadline and Meeting schedule
本次報(bào)名截止時(shí)間為2020年4月21日24:00（北京時(shí)間）。報(bào)名截止后，組織方將通過電子郵件的方式通知具體會(huì)議時(shí)間及安排。
The deadline for registration is 24:00, 21st April 2020(Beijing Time). After the registration closed, the organizer will inform the specific meeting time and agenda by E-mail.
